Description
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Florida Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our team. Our main office is located in Hollywood, FL, and this position is an IN-OFFICE position only.

Responsibilities
Organizing Files and moving them forward
Docketing and scheduling events
Drafting probate pleadings
Drafting Estate Planning Documents: Wills, Trusts, Deeds, Durable Power of Attorney
Communicating updates to clients and gathering information
Helping attorneys prepare for signing meetings
Weekly case management meetings and logging updates to case files
Qualifications
Strong preference for candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have an advanced paralegal education
Strong oral and written communication skills
Must have great time-management skills and organizational skills
Florida Estate Planning paralegal for 2+ years required
A high school diploma is required, but advanced training at a college or university is preferred
Experience with document building software, WealthCounsel, and/or Westlaw Form Builder is required, but we will consider candidates with similar software experience
Experience with Clio Manage is preferred, but we will consider candidates with similar practice management software experience
Experience with using Google Mail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar is preferred and a plus, but not required
Type 70-100 WPM is required

Compensation
$55,000 - $75,000
